With this video, I present some LED articles made in my workshop on an experimental basis. Arrows and garland. This garland with which I previously decorated my window.

Once I had saved an idea for another decor, I removed this article. This is my first assembly of LED arrows. In addition a multicolored garland.

The LED wiring is done in sets of seven and powered by a traditional 24 VDC power supply. Everything is done in my workshop.

As I got into LED display, I had created and produced these and other items on a non-profit basis. I had started my profession around 1985, the first article produced was a play of light with color spot lamps.

Its principle is based on three Triacs controlling the lighting of the lamps by audible frequencies. The device must be connected by conductive cables to a sound amplifier. Low frequency

filters have been produced by discrete components. These are non-polarized capacitors and ohmic resistors and a small isolation transformer placed between these filters and the conductive wire of the signal to be taken from the amplifier. of his.

1 /: Printed circuit for NE 555 application  in monostable Date of tracing and development: late 1989 It is for the design and the realization of a timer for domestic lighting that I used the Timer NE 555. Although I gave little importance to this realization, when my customers encounter difficulties with imported electrical equipment, I am forced to be of service.

This image is that of the printed circuit created for the use of two EPROMs of eight bits of data (two bytes in total). Such as 2732,2764, 27318, 27532, 27C1001 and others….

This printed circuit is created for the use of FETMOS CD 4001 and 4011 in astable or multivibrator.

This card is created for the control of spot lamps in two ways: logical, by data saved on EPROM. Analog, by sound waves picked up by microphone and amplified to excite TRIACS. Everything is wired on eight channels.

Signalisation routière

Suite à la commande que m’a faite une entreprise de travaux public, j’ai conçu et réalisé quelques flasher autour du CI FETMOS HEF 4001 et 4011 pour être utilisés sous courant continu 12 volts.

Par la suite, c’est quelqu’un d’autre qui a venu me faire la même commande mais aussi avec ces voyants de leds oranges.

J’avais mis au point  et testé efficacement mon article. Depuis que les LED en bandes et guirlandes sont importées au Maroc, je n’ai plus besoin de réaliser des alimentations électriques traditionnelles. C’est à dire avec transformateur de 220/12,9, 6 volts. Des alim. à découpage sont utilisées pour de tels montages.

 

croissant et etoile LEDMon feu de signalisation est réalisé de la façon suite: Sur un circuit imprimé gravé sur plaque de verre époxy et percée pour y implanter 36 LED . Bien sûr que j’ai par série de six avec résistance limitative de courant de 12.7 volts DC.

Spot animation: création 2006

Innovation lampes spots animées par double système électronique analogique et digital.

Cette innovation remonte à 2006, c’est un jeu de lumière 8 lampes ou voies. La commande est  double soit analogique par ondes audibles ou logique par lecture d’une EPROM. Un commutateur électronique manuel fait basculer ce système d’un état à l’autre.

C’est ma dernière réalisation de jeu de lumière. Ça était en 2006. Je pense revoir cette innovation avec les lampes à LED.

 C’était mon œuvre personnelle du traçage du schéma électrique et du circuit imprimé pour en finir par la gravure des plaques. Après, vient l’opération du montage.

L’article emboité. Comme vu, c’est protégé avec fusibles. Les triais sont visés sur refroidisseurs aluminium.

Auparavant, vers la fin de 1984 , j’avais débuté ma carrière professionnelle par le montage de même produit : jeu de lumière à trois spots couleurs.
Ma première livraison s’est chiffrée à treize milles dirhams environ.
La durée de montage  était environ de deux semaines.
C’était un excellent début pour moi et mon associé.
La différence entre l’article titré Light show et notre produit initial est:
Pour Light Show est commandé  d’une part de manière analogique par microphone.
Quant d’autre part, la commande est manière logique .
Le tout monté sur la même carte.

  Il s’agit de trois feux signalétiques oranges réalisés par LED au nombre de 36 par  unité.
Le câblage est en série de six LED.Une résistance de 390 ohm est interposée et soudée entre la série de leds et +19 DC. pour limiter le courant à 20 mA par défaut.
            L’ alimentation est bien sûr traditionnelle: un transfo. 220v/13 v auquel j’ai relié un pont de diodes série 1N400x et filtrage. Puis, avec un L7805C j’ai fait dériver un +5 volts DC pour alimenter le circuit oscillateur carré.            

 J’avais conçu et réalisé une petite plaque circulaire  montée par LED  oranges d’un  de trente six. Utilisées sur les travaux de Lydec des années  précédentes sur le boulevard  Ibn Aicha.

It is my realization of 2006. It is about a Light Show or light game. Here is a presentation by illustration, then the video of the analog-digital electronic product below. A – / Part of the printed circuit reserved for the power supply: rectification and regulation. This is the main electronic assembly stage. Here is the product in a suitable box. Each of the eight channels is fitted with a fuse holder and a short circuit protection fuse.

The power supply is obtained by a 220v / 9 or 12 v AC transformer.

Then it is the oscillator and binary counter stage.

The oscillator is realized either by Timer NE555 configured in to stable or another logic circuit such as HEF 4069, 4011,4001,4093 …

Also, a reset of the HEF 4040 binary counter.

It is the turn of the power stage constituted by triacs BTA 16 600C or B in general.

As for this stage, it is intelligently done by a potentiometer and other semi-conductive and discrete components. Switching is made between two states: logical and analog by switches. This switch acts on the basis of a transistor to supply the logic stage in one direction and blocks the current on the stage in the opposite direction. EPROM stage is the core of this innovation. Data saved or written in the EPROM providing several animations such as: 1/8 ignition from right to left or reverse. Come and go. Alternating flashing even odd, four to four etc …

As a conclusion, here is my product ready to plug it into eight 220 volt AC lamps. With a label giving the way of connection. The use is powered by 220 volts AC. Each output is fuse protected in the event of a short circuit.

It was around 1985 that I marketed my light effects with three spot lamps. These products are to be connected to an audio amplifier. Afterwards, I improved this product by independent order. It is using a microphone chip. An amplifier stage is created to control the power stage.

Cette réalisation baptisée AN3C {AFFICHAGE NUMÉRIQUE COUPLÉ CROIX CROISSANT} datait de 2010-11. C’était le fruit de mes recherches dans ce domaine. Les données de séquences d’animation sont codées: pour la croix sur 2 octets 12 bits sont , soit de manière alternative ou globale, à 1 ou 0:. Pour le croissant le codage est sur un octet pour manipuler précisément 7 bits.

 -Détails: 

Le câblage des LED est par séries de sept DEL.

L’alimentation est réalisée de manière traditionnelle. C’est à dire: Transformateur 220v/2*9 v redressée et filtrée et régulée pour obtenir  25 volts DC pour alimenter les LED et 5 volts DC régulée pour alimenter les circuits logiques. Le système d’animation est conçu par deux ROM de huit bits de données chacune , soit deux octets pour en utiliser trois qeuartets . Soit commençant du poids faible ou inversement à partir du poids fort. La croix est segmentée en douze éléments ,tandis que le croissant est  fait sur sept éléments.
